when I was a little girl, my grandmother Bev used to make me cinnamon toast, it was a real treat and we always enjoyed it. I had no idea at the time how simple it was to make. Butter the toast and sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon~ yummy! When my girls can't think of something they are interested in eating for breakfast, I always offer cinnamon toast. And they always cheer, "yeah!". And so I am carrying on this very simple sweet tradition and I fondly remember my grandmother every time I make it for my girls~Thursday, January 21, 2010
