Day 233 - OMG Yummiest Pork Ribs EVER

I have an OBSESSION with pork. most of my favorite dishes have some form of pork in them at the moment. my friend Dean Flint posted how amazing his ribs were on facebook and I begged for him to share his secret. Dean is an amazing "chef" and you can following his tasty food combinations on his blog Food Romance.

How To:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Score through the membrane on the back side of the ribs with a sharp knife to allow seasoning to penetrate the meat.
3. Rub with olive oil and a dry rub, I used McCormick's Montreal Steak Rub. Cook the ribs for 20 minutes bone side down in a roasting pan.
4. Turn the oven down to 250 degrees and cook for 3 hours.
5. In a small pan, boil 1 cup of water. Add 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of hickory liquid smoke. Cook for a few minutes and remove from heat.
6. Pour the brown sugar sauce over the ribs and return to oven for 30 minutes.
7. Remove ribs from oven and let rest approximately 10 minutes.
8. Serve with more yummy food {and don't forget to brag about Food Romance}
